Sweet Chilli and Lime Glazed Sausages.
Ingredients:
24 chipolatas sausages
Olive oil, to drizzle
4tbsp sweet chilli sauce
2tbsp soy sauce
juice of 1 lime
Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 190 C, Gas 5. Put the sausages into a roasting tin with a drizzle of olive oil and cook for 10 mins, then pour over the sweet chilli, soy and lime juice. Mix well and cook for a further 5 mins until sticky and cooked through.From Marie Claire
